Ashburn, VA, in the eastern part of Loudoun County, has been transformed from a sleepy little hamlet in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, to a bustling community of many growing neighborhoods with a wide array of housing styles. World class golf is available at nearby Lansdowne Resort as well as Belmont Country Club. Several other courses in the area allow golfers a wide choice of venues to play.
Ashburn is also home to Redskin Park, home of the NFL's Washington Redskins, where the team practices and conducts mini-camps. It is a great place to see your favorite players workout and maybe get an autograph.
