We have assistants that specialize in getting utilities in service and get in the back door with Homeowner Associations to determine Past Due Balances/Assessments for clients. She has accounting systems in place to make sure all Vendors/Servicers are paid in a timely manner and regularly submit expenses to the client. The team has a working knowledge of online applications such as RES.net, REOtrans, and DARES and take pride in completing Broker Price Opinions, Monthly Status Reports and all other tasks on or before they are due!
